Alexis Dinning - Owner/Director and Teacher/Choreographer
Alexis began her dance training in multiple styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary and Hip Hop at the age of 4 in Oceanside, CA at Dance Unlimited Performing Arts Academy. She danced competitively with two different studios in San Diego county for 14 years. Alexis found her true passion through teaching/choreographing, and passing on her talent to the younger generations. She has taught and choreographed in CA as well as MO for 8 years. Alexis has received many top overall awards for her choreography at dance competitions throughout the United States. She has been recognized at many competitions and events for her choreography. Alexis is very excited to live out her dream of owning and operating a dance studio. She truly believes in producing not just great dancers but great humans and helping them strive to EVOLVE.
HarlieJane Nicoll - Teacher/Choreographer
HarlieJane Nicoll is a valued member of the teaching staff at Evolve Dance Company. She has spent several years immersed in the world of cheer and dance, performing with passion, discipline and dedication. From the thrill of practicing to the artistry of the stage, she has honed her skills through hours of training and furthering her education. Now, her greatest goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of dancers and cheerleaders. With a heart for mentorship and a commitment to excellence, she strives to share not just technique, but also the confident, resilience and love for the sport that shaped her own journey. Harlie is very excited for her second year here at Evolve Dance Company. You can catch her coaching Cheer, teaching Tumbling or Hip Hop.
Hadlee Shreve - Teacher/Choreographer
Hadlee Shreve is a valued member of the teaching staff at Evolve Dance Company. She began her dance journey at the age of four and has since competed in numerous dance competitions across the midwest. She has earned multiple high points awards and special judges recognitions. Last season, Hadlee gained valuable teaching experience by co-instructing as well as teaching her own classes. Hadlee also helped to choreograph a Competition Routine that received my High Point Awards as well as Judge Awards. Hadlee is dedicated to sharing her dance expertise with he next generation, She looks forward to building strong connections with her students and guiding them as they grow in skill, artistry and confidence.
Ellen Henderson - Teacher/Choreographer
Ellen Henderson is a valued member of the teaching staff at Evolve Dance Company. She has a B.F.A. in Ballet with a Minor in French and Costume Production. Ellen has performed all of the world including Texas, New Jersey, New York, Kansas and Paris. She has been a choreographer as well as an artistic director of many productions in New York City. Last season, Ellen joined us and taught 2 classes for our program. All of our dancers were inspired by her teaching style and her knowledge for dance. She looks forward to building strong connections with her students and guiding them as they grow in skill, artistry and confidence. Ellen will be teaching even more classes this year!
Emmaleigh Dinning - Office Manager
Emmaleigh serves as one of our office managers at Evolve Dance Company, working alongside Amanda to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She oversees class availability, manages enrollment, and handles the administrative responsibilities that keep our studio running efficiently. Her role includes processing monthly tuition payments, monitoring attendance, and following up with families whose dancers have missed more than three classes. Emmaleigh also manages incoming calls, addressing questions and concerns to provide excellent support to our studio families. In addition to her daily duties. Emmaleigh plays a key role in preparing for our annual Showcase—assisting with costume orders, payment processings scheduling, and overall event coordination. Her organizational skills and dedication make her an essential part of the Evolve Dance Company Team. Emmaleigh is always ready to welcome families and answer questions, and she is proud to be part of the Evolve Dance Company Family. You can find Emmaleigh in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Amanda Gillpatrick - Office Manager
